组织结构[Organizational structure]

        艾洛特南京市海外协同创新中心采用管理委员会和执行组形式进行组织分工。管理委员会是高决策机构，执行组是总体执行和组织实施机构

        Cell Tech American Overseas Collaborative Innovation Center adopts the form of management committee and executive group to organize the division of labor. The management committee is the highest decision-making body, and the executive group is the overall implementation and organizational implementation body.

        管理委员会由江宁高新区管委会副总、科技创新部部长和项目经理；艾洛特董事长张军华、领军人才徐红星、院长尹鸿萍、常务副院长刘永军；3T波士顿实验室杨美家担任，刘永军兼任委员会秘书。委员会负责重大决策，包括中心总 体规划、工作方向、资源投入、进度把控、项目重大问题决策协助、项目奖励政策等。秘书负责召集与日常对接工作。

        The management committee consists of the deputy general manager of the Management Committee of Jiangning Hi-tech Zone, the minister of Science and Technology Innovation Department and the project manager; Zhang Junhua, chairman of Cell Tech, leading talent Xu Hongxing, president Yin Hongping, and executive vice president Liu Yongjun; Meijia Yang of 3T. And Liu Yongjun is also the secretary of the committee. The committee is responsible for major decisions, including the overall planning of the center, work direction, resource investment, progress control, decision-making assistance on major issues of the project, project reward policies, etc. The secretary is responsible for convening and daily docking.

        执行组国内工作地点在南京市江宁区天元东路2289号江苏艾洛特医药研究院4楼。组员由由艾洛特刘永军、胡冰和波士顿范芳芳组成。美国工作地点在波士顿3T实验室。负责按照管理委员会决策执行，承担各个模块组织和管理工作。具体项目按照类别分别确定项目经理，项目经理作为项目的总负责，承担项目的整体责任，直接向执行组汇报。项目经理根据需要申请配置人员，申请管理委员会资源对接等协助。

        The implementation team is located at the 4th floor of Jiangsu Cell Tech Research Institute Co. Ltd., NO. 2289 Tianyuan East Road, Jiangning District., Nanjing. The team consists of Cell Tech Liu Yongjun, Hu Bing and Boston Fan Fangfang. The US work is based at the laboratory of 3T in Boston. The implementation team is responsible for implementation according to the decision of the management committee, and responsible for the organization and management of each module. Project managers are determined for specific projects according to their categories. As the general manager of the project, the project manager assumes the overall responsibility of the project and reports directly to the executive team. The project manager applies for personnel allocation and resources docking of the management committee as required.
