基于发展规划，本着满足运营需要，开展内部管理体系梳理提升工作，包括研讨和实施发展规划，组织结构图与组织手册调整，财务管理制度、行政管理制度、人力资源管理制度等针对性修订。

        Based on the development plan and in order to meet the needs of operation, we combed and improved the internal management system, including discussing and implementing the development plan, adjusting the organization structure chart and organization manual, and revising the financial management system, administrative management system and human resource management system.
